  • Receiving Your Application

    Your detailed resumes are received by Human Resources Department of Yurtiçi Kargo Servisi A.Ş., and grouped according to criteria like education, work experience, applied positions, preferred city.
  • Pre-interviews

    Our interview process starts in line with your qualifications and our available positions. At the end of first interviews conducted by Human Resources Department, candidates evaluated to be positive in terms of suitability with corporate culture and competencies required for the position are invited for a second interview.
  • Psychometric Tests

    In expert and higher level recruitments, quantitative/verbal general skill exam and personal inventory is applied to candidates after positive initial interview.
  • Commission Interviews

    Candidates successful in General Skill examination are invited to second interviews in line with personal inventory reports. Second interviews are in the form of commission interviews with cross-sectional department manager and relevant unit director together with Human Resources.
  • Job Offer

    If a mutual agreement has been reached in terms of task, responsibility and work condition, job is offered to candidate. If not agreed on certain points, personal information of the candidates are kept in our system to be evaluated for future suitable positions.
