Suggestion System

Our Suggestion System is a part of our participatory mission encouraging any kinds of ideas and improving personal responsibility within our organization.

Impersonalized new suggestions which were not previously designed and which will improve development, productivity, quality, profitability, organizational efficiency and motivation and that will decrease costs, that are in accordance with company policies and effect our company in general will be taken into consideration.

Our employees within our organization can fill in the suggestion forms and send these to the General directorate Human Resources, Training and Administrative Affairs Department or to the address

After an evaluation on each suggestion by the Suggestion Committee, the owner of the suggestion is provided with a reply letter about the applicability of his/her suggestion. The prize to be awarded to the owner of the suggestion which is considered to be applicable is determined and given to the owner of the suggestion and news related to such a suggestion is published in Paylaşım Journal which is an internal communication publication of our company, thus all our employees are informed.
