Our pick-up personnel show up at your door. S/he shows his/her documentation of authorization. S/he picks up the mail by leaving you a goods receipt document. If the mail is a commercial merchandise, the cargo personnel might ask for an invoice and consignment note.
You can request delivery to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch for the recipient to pick up; or you can ask for call notification service "Hello You’ve Got Mail" to inform the recipient about the mail. In this case, we inform the recipient when the mail reaches the destination branch.
If you wish your mail to be picked from your address, you can call Hello Yurtiçi Kargo line on 444 99 99 until 11.00 or call our offices until 12.00. Our unit will direct personnel upon your request based on the scheduled work plan. The pick-up personnel will arrive to your door and pick up your mail by displaying his authorization document and giving you a "Goods Receipt Document".

On Saturdays, mail acceptance and delivery services can only be made at Yurtiçi Kargo branches and business agencies between 13.00 and 17.00 except on religious and public holidays. Our branches and business agencies do not operate on Sundays
