Due to the security reasons, we can't deliver a shipment to the military area. However, you can use the service "Call Service to the branch".

After you create a shipment through the medium of Yurtiçi Kargo Web Shipping, you should write tracking number, invoice number or pick-up form number down. When you click "Track a Shipment"->Other Shipment Inquiry , you can track your shipment.

PÖ (Cash Payment): It means the transport fees of the parcel will be covered by the sender.
ÜA (Receiver Charged): It means the transport fee of the parcels shall be charged to the receiver.
AT (Direct to Door): It means the parcel shall be delivered to the address of the receiver.
Tİ (Cargo at Call): It means when the parcels reach our arrival service point, the receiver will be contacted by phone and the shipments will be picked from our service point by the receiver.

If you want your shipment to be picked up from your address, you can call 444 99 99 Alo Yurtiçi Kargo until 10.30 a.m. or our branches until 11.00 p.m. By the time our courier come to your address, he shows his authorization certificate and picks up your shipment with “Pick-up Form”.

If you wish, you can also come to any Yurtiçi Kargo Branch until 17.00 p.m. and submit your shipment.

We cannot provide “VIP Quarter Day and VIP Local” service on Saturdays. Our branches are closed on public holidays and Sundays.​

If we couldn't find the receiver at its address, the shipment is kept three days at the branch. If the receiver doesn't pick up the shipment, we send it to the sender.

If the shipment is created to be dropped off at your address, you have to show your identification card. If we can't find you at home, we leave a "Shipping Notification Note" to your address. After getting this note, you need to pick up your shipment in three days from a branch .Also; you can track your shipment via following list or report menu.

Determination of the identification is a legal obligation and the transportation companies are responsible for conducting their transactions in compliance with the laws. In compliance with the article 45 paragraph 2 of Highway Transportation Regulation published in the Official Newspaper no 27255, dated 11.06.2009, it is indicated that the senders are obliged to their address and identification information completely and correctly and if not notified the transportation companies shall not realize the transportation. On the other hand, transportation companies were listed among those who are obligated to determine the identities in the Law Regarding the Prevention of Laundering of Crime Revenues no 5549 and the Regulation published in the Official Gazette no 26751 dated 09.01.2008 as based on this law, and it is indicate that this determination shall be performed by writing the names of the mother – father and TR ID numbers.

Moreover, in compliance with 231st article of the Tax Procedure Law no 213, the customer is obliged to represent his/her name, tax administration, account number and identity during the issuance of the INVOICE. According to the General Communiqué of Tax Identity Number published in the Official newspaper no 26274 dated 29.08.2006, the tax numbers are converted into TR ID numbers and due to this reason, the customer’s TR ID number is also registered during the issuance of the invoice.

We are obligated by Turkish transportation law. According to the law, the shipment must be delivered to the right person whose name is written above the invoice.

Moreover, determination of the identification is a legal obligation and the transportation companies are responsible for conducting their transactions in compliance with the laws. In compliance with the article 43/12 of Highway Transportation Regulation published in the Official Newspaper no 27255, dated 11.06.2009, transportation companies are obliged to take the identification information and register these while delivering the shipment to the receiver. On the other hand, transportation companies were listed among those who are obligated to determine the identities in the Law Regarding the Prevention of Laundering of Crime Revenues no 5549 and the Regulation published in the Official Newspaper no 26751 dated 09.01.2008 as based on this law, and it is indicate that this determination shall be performed by writing the names of the mother – father and TR ID numbers.

We deliver your shipment to everywhere except the address which is located non-delivery areas or extraordinary reasons. If the place is located non-delivery area, we put your shipment through the closest branch on condition that you use the call service to the branch. By the time the shipment arrives at the branch, our personnel calls the receiver to be picked up.

All commercial institution must submit a waybill for all shipments expect file shipments. If the company doesn't give it to us, the Ministry of Finance has rights to draw up a record.

We deliver your shipment to the place which is named "close" (up to 200 km.) and "short" ( between 201-600 km.) in 1 business day*; " medium" (between 601 – 1000 km. ) and" long" (more than 1000 km.) in 2 business days*.However, the shipment created in İstanbul is sent to Adana, Antalya, Kayseri and Samsun within 1 business day*.(The delivery periods mentioned above are valid except the address which is located non-delivery areas or extraordinary reasons.

In case of loss or damage of your shipment, your shipment is compensated by Yurtiçi Kargo’s Obligation. If your shipment is lost or damaged, our liability is limited to 8.33 special drawing rights per kg of the gross weight of the affected part of the shipment.

Due to prohibition by laws, Yurtiçi Kargo doesn't accept money, letter, check, promissory note, restaurant tickets, lottery tickets, gold and ornamental jewelry which have been enclosed in an envelope.

The file bag which you can put document, file, small package weighs up to 1 kilos.

The shipment's weight must be maximum 100 kg and its length must be 3 m per piece which is picked up from your address and delivered to their receivers.

First of all, we calculate the cost of the shipment according to weight or volume (ds) which measurement is the highest one.

Then we calculate the distance between the arrival point and the departure point by looking at the distance table.

We determine the transportation cost on “Transportation price list”.

To review the cost of the shipment, we add the transportation cost to the cost of the services you choose (direct from the door, direct from the branch, door to door, pick up request, delivery to the address)

Domestic Shipment: Weight or Length*Width*Height/3000 (The higher one is applied)

You can drop off your shipment at the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch until 18.00 during weekdays and 17.00 Saturdays.
