Our packing policies!

We carefully control the packaging of all the deliveries such as package, parcel, basket or sack in order to prevent the deliveries from any damage. If the packaging is not properly done, we warn you for re-packing. If this is a fragile item with a high possibility breaking or damaging, we warn you about this and take a commitment from you. Thus we protect both your and your items rights.

We provide `delivery bag` service free of charge in order to carry especially your documents and files in a safer way so as to ease your life in terms of packaging.

We check the cargo at least at four service units until it reaches its recipient. We check whether it is damaged or weighed correctly.
