Our Business Continuity Policy

Yurtiçi Kargo aims to take action against the risks by identifying possible risks that may cause business interruptions in all its operations, including primarily Cargo Operations, and to ensure Business Continuity as we promised. In line with this: Yurtiçi Kargo Corp. commits the following:

To develop the Business Continuity Management System (ISYS) to ensure business continuity, to design and keep the necessary operational processes up-to-date,
Ensuring continuity of activities at acceptable levels predetermined in an event or major business interruption,
Coordinating crisis and emergency management activities centrally,
To improve business continuity plans with regular training, awareness activities and tests / drills,
To take measures in Information Technology Services to ensure that information is protected from all interruptions that may come from inside and / or outside, intentional or accidental, and to make it to be used effectively, accurately and quickly in business processes,
As Yurtiçi Cargo Service Corp., to support continuously the targeted Business Continuity Policies in the services of Cargo Operations, Information Systems, Financial Affairs and Human Resources and to provide the resource that is needed,
To make the services functional as soon as possible in an acceptable level as for the critical services provided by Cargo Operations, Information Systems, Financial Affairs and Human Resources units, as determined by Business Impact Analysis
To identify current and future threats related to work and managing them correctly,
To evaluate the dimensions of the natural disaster / crisis / event in the fastest and most accurate manner and to ensure that the necessary actions are taken quickly.
To assess the problems and their consequences that arise/may arise, to evaluate the necessary precautions and control points,
To increase the speed and agility in response rate and in decision points,
To manage the internal and external communications on Business Continuity issues,
To manage the risks and developments that may cause loss of reputation of the company.
