YK International Express service is a door-to-door foreign courier express service which includes deliveries for more than 220 countries around the World for products below the value of 15.000 Euro and which weights lesser than 299 kilograms. Your dispatches within the scope of the service are delivered to the addresses of the recipients reliably with the privilege of speed and economical prices. The standard dispatch weight and dimensions carried within the scope of this service are Weight per piece< 70 kg, Size < 120 cm; Total Weight < 300 kg. Additional pricing is implemented for dispatches above these weight and dimensions.
To send international shipment;
- You can bring your shipment to the nearest of more than 1200 Yurtiçi Kargo branches and business agencies around Turkey; or
- you can use "Click-Send" service on www.yurticikargo.com, or
- you can call our call center via 444 99 99 and give information about your international shipment.
Average Delivery Times;
Europe: 1-2 days after departure from Turkey
Others: As from the departure from Turkey, For America, 2-3 days; for South America, 3-4 days; for Africa 4-5 days, Far East, 2-5 days.
As Friday is holiday in Arab Countries, delivery service cannot be made.

Additional Charges
Security Service Charge: In serviced countries of destination where the operations is maintained at high risk due to reasons such as war, social disturbance and terrorism, 35Eur additional "Security Charge" carriage fee is applied. Related additional fee is not affected by campaign price reductions.
Return Fee: Shipments that are cannot be delivered to the recipient or rejected by the recipient are returned to the sender with transportation charges. The return cost is the same amount of the international shipping cost for the contracted customers and %50 of the shipping cost for the current customers.
Non-standard delivery charge: For International Express products, standard weight of one-piece parcel is determined as 70 kg of weight and < 120 cm of size. An additional charge of 95 euros + Fuel Surcharge is applied for deliveries that are not within the size and weight limits stated above.
Change of Address: 15 Eur additional change of address fee is reflected on the prices for sender due to recipient in the target country for YK International Express product changing their delivery address.
Remote region delivery: If the delivery point of the dispatch is a remote area, 35 Eur additional fee is implemented per dispatch.
Difference in Fuel Prices: Operators engaged in international transportation business reflect the changes in oil prices to the transportation costs as a difference in fuel prices. The fuel difference rate is applied for shipments made on a contractual basis within the scope of Foreign Services. While determining the fuel difference percentage to be applied, the US Gulf Coast (USGC) kerosene/jet fuel spot prices published by the US Department of Energy for 2 months ago are taken as a basis. The fuel surcharge table is as follows. The fuel surcharge is adjusted monthly based on the table below in line with changes in USGC kerosene jet fuel spot prices.
