Pre-Interview

Interview Process
In accordance with the general aptitude test and personal inventory reports, successful candidates are invited to the second interview. Second interviews are conducted with the related unit manager as well as Human Resources department.
Employment Proposal
If both parties agree on the responsibilities and working conditions, an employment proposal is made. If the parties cannot come to an agreement on the aforementioned conditions, the information given by the candidate is stored in our system to be evaluated further for suitable positions.
