Our new employees are trained with the subjects of the History of Yurtiçi Kargo, organization, business processes, Human Resources Policy and Quality Policy in our training classes and Training Offices. Furthermore, including this primary training, the office personnel is proviided with skill trainings to increase service quality including operational and customer services.
These programs are developed to improve the skills of employees in line with company strategies, performance evaluation results and career improvements. Other than the trainings provided from related functional departments and educational institutions, our employees are directed to external trainings such as seminars.
