General Directorate

Located in Maslak, Istanbul, Yurtiçi Kargo Servisi A.Ş. consists of the departments given below.

Cargo Operations
It is responsible for managing of activity regarding operational functioning and it tracks and conducts the operations of all units related with its topic. It provides the applying of approved projects for working effectively of Cargo Operations unit by evaluating the projects, and supports the development of new methods and products.

Sales and Marketing
The department ensures that all activities related to sales, marketing, public relations and services are carried out and coordinated in accordance with Quality Management System.

Financial Affairs
It provides regular functioning of accounting and finance transactions in accordance with the laws and relevant legislations and performs all financial transactions.

Information Systems
The department monitors national and international developments, the latest innovations in the field of IT and logistics, risks and opportunities in and out of the organization; directs this information in terms of labor requirements and Yurtiçi Kargo company interests; offer suggestions to management and ensures implementation.

Human Resources and Training
It is responsible for applying the all human resources functions including recruitment process, performance and carrier management, charging, social rights, education and occupational health and safety.

Quality Assurance
The department ensures and coordinates foundation, development and continuity of Quality Management Systems and related activities.

International Products
The department ensures delivery of international incoming/outgoing mails with the correct channels on time and without any problems.
