One of the most important tools of our participant, performance and development-oriented corporate culture is "Suggestion System" that came into effect in October, 2001. This application is a reflection our mission to increase personal responsibility in Yurtiçi Kargo Servisi A.Ş. general organization system and encourage sharing opinions on all levels. All employees can contribute to the Suggestion Development System as individuals without discrimination of title/function.
