With Career Planning activities conducted in Yurtiçi Kargo Servisi A.Ş. our aim is to define and plan necessary manpower to be needed in the future in accordance with corporate strategies and reach both organization targets and personal target of our employees by directing current employees to available positions within this plan. One of the main targets of our career structure is to define potentials by analyzing current manpower and help employees shape their careers by evaluating their skills and competence.

There are two dimensions to a career structure: corporation and persons. The expectation of the corporation from persons and personal expectations of employees should match in order to provide motivation, efficiency and corporate loyalty and careers are planned according to this fact in Yurtiçi Kargo.

Personal Development (Performance) and Evaluation tests applied in annual periods provide feedbacks about aspects that are open for improvement. In our company, Personal Development Evaluations are carried out as open-ended interviews for all employees. During the interview, employees are evaluated in terms of basic and managerial skills required by Yurtiçi Kargo and then special skills required by the position they have. Performance Evaluation results provide crucial data for Career Planning, Training and Wage Management Systems.

Position changes inside the company are made in accordance with the procedure of Human Resources Department. Personal inventory is used when an employee takes position in different departments.
Human Resources Department provides career counseling to company workers annually and implements projects efficiently.

Psychometric tests are important tools for career and personal development/training systems and the employment process of Yurtiçi Kargo The purpose of psychometric tests is to evaluate candidates applied for the position based on skills that determine their performance in the position in question; and compare candidates and critical personal characteristics with scientific and objective methods based on standard criteria.

In our company; psychometric tests used as objective data supporting the decisions taken for career studies and trainings, create a two-way development opportunity for both the company and workers.
