Yurtiçi Kargo, the entrepreneur of cargo technology, has updated its mobile customer application developed at the beginning of 2010. Yurtiçi Kargo Mobile Customer Application has been downloaded by 57.000 people in 6 months and statistically a single user has sent approximately 5 mails, and the updated version of the application will be in service for customers on Applestore and GooglePlay markets on 6th of February, 2017.
The company aim to save time for users by offering services such as calling for a pick-up personnel to your address, tracking mail, calculating prices and learning the nearest branch office and the application will provide a user friendly experience with tailor made advantages and discounts with its renewed visual interface and information screen. Customers, who send their mail via mobile customer application between 6th February -6th March will be offered 50% discount for mails up to 30 desi (width x height x length / 3000), and 30% discount for more than 30 desi. All users, who send their mail via Mobile Customer Application after March 7, 2017 will be offered 30% discount without a time limit for the services of standard delivery, mail pick-up from the address and delivery to the address.
Mobile Customer Application of Yurtiçi Kargo will offer customers the opportunity of calling for pick-up personnel from the address by selecting the date/time available for them, becoming members, signing in safely, tracking social media accounts, calling the call center, creating a profile and taking advantage of tailor-made offers with Virtual Campaign Cards. The mobile app with improved mail tracking, price calculation and business office query features could be downloaded from App Store and Google Play.
