No. Joining the program is completely free of charge.
Individual customers aged 18 or over who do not have an existing contract with Yurtiçi Kargo may join the program.
If your company does not have a contracted customer agreement with Yurtiçi Kargo, you can participate through an individual account.
No. Each user may create only one membership.
As long as you have a mobile app membership, you earn points equal to 10% of the shipping fee for your eligible shipments.
You can send your shipments through the mobile app, the Individual Online Branch, or Yurtiçi Kargo branches.
Yes. If you have a mobile app membership and the mobile phone number you provide at the branch matches your membership, you can also earn points on branch shipments.
No. Having a mobile app membership is enough. You may send your shipments through the channel that suits you best.
Points are calculated only on the shipping fee. Taxes and additional service charges are not included.
Points are always credited to the sender customer’s account.
Points are credited to your account 3 business days after the shipment has been invoiced.
No. Cyprus and international shipments are outside the scope of the program.
Yes. Customers who log in to the mobile app and approve the membership agreement receive a one-time welcome bonus of 100 points.
You can use your accumulated points as a discount on new shipments.
No. Points can be used for up to 50% of the shipping fee.
No. Your points are not deleted at the end of the year; they remain valid.
You can view your point balance by logging in to your account through the mobile app.
No. Points are personal to the member and cannot be transferred

Account security is entirely the user’s responsibility. Transactions made through the account are deemed to belong to the user. Your account is protected with two-factor authentication.
The user is responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

No. Points cannot be transferred, sold, or used for commercial purposes.
If you leave the program, your existing points are deleted.
