Joining The Program

How can I join the program?

Create your membership through the mobile app and approve the membership agreement. Once this is complete, you can start enjoying the benefits of the program.

You can send your shipments through the mobile app, the Individual Online Branch, or Yurtiçi Kargo branches.

When the mobile phone number you use for your shipment matches your membership, you begin earning point.

Is there a fee to join?

No. Joining the program is completely free of charge.

Can everyone join the program?

Individual customers aged 18 or over who do not have an existing contract with Yurtiçi Kargo may join the program.

Can I join on behalf of my company?

If your company does not have a contracted customer agreement with Yurtiçi Kargo, you can participate through an individual account.

Can one person create more than one membership?

No. Each user may create only one membership.


Earning Points

How do I earn points?

As long as you have a mobile app membership, you earn points equal to 10% of the shipping fee for your eligible shipments.

You can send your shipments through the mobile app, the Individual Online Branch, or Yurtiçi Kargo branches.

Can I earn points when I send a shipment from a branch?

Yes. If you have a mobile app membership and the mobile phone number you provide at the branch matches your membership, you can also earn points on branch shipments.

Do I have to send shipments through the mobile app to earn points?

No. Having a mobile app membership is enough. You may send your shipments through the channel that suits you best.

How are points calculated?

Points are calculated only on the shipping fee. Taxes and additional service charges are not included.

If the recipient pays for the shipment, whose account receives the points?

Points are always credited to the sender customer’s account.

When are points credited to my account?

Points are credited to your account 3 business days after the shipment has been invoiced.

Can I earn points on Cyprus or international shipments?

No. Cyprus and international shipments are outside the scope of the program.

Do I receive extra points when I become a mobile app member?

Yes. Customers who log in to the mobile app and approve the membership agreement receive a one-time welcome bonus of 100 points.


Using Your Points

How can I use my points?

You can use your accumulated points as a discount on new shipments.

Can I pay for the entire shipment with points?

No. Points can be used for up to 50% of the shipping fee.

Do my points expire?

No. Your points are not deleted at the end of the year; they remain valid.

Where can I check my point balance?

You can view your point balance by logging in to your account through the mobile app.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

No. Points are personal to the member and cannot be transferred

Can I convert my points into cash?

No. Points can only be used as a discount.

Can I still earn points on a shipment where I used points?

Yes. Under the loyalty program, you continue to earn points equal to 10% of the shipping fee on every eligible shipment


Cancellations & Returns

What happens to my points if I cancel my shipment?

  • If the shipment is cancelled before points are credited, no points are earned.
  • If the shipment is cancelled after points are credited, the points remain in your account.

What happens if I cancel a shipment paid for with points?

  • If you cancel on the same day, the points are refunded.
  • If you cancel later, the points are not refunded.

Are points removed for returned shipments?

No. Points are not removed for returned shipments


Contracted Customer Status

What happens to my points if I later become a contracted customer?

  • Shipments made under a contracted customer agreement do not earn points. Your existing points are not deleted and may still be used for shipments made outside the contract.

Account & Security

What happens if someone else uses my account?

Account security is entirely the user’s responsibility. Transactions made through the account are deemed to belong to the user. Your account is protected with two-factor authentication.

What happens if I enter my information incorrectly?

The user is responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.


Campaigns & Use

Can this program be used together with other campaigns?

The program can only be used together with mobile app and Individual Online Branch campaigns.

Can I use points for commercial purposes?

No. Points cannot be transferred, sold, or used for commercial purposes.


Leaving The Program

What happens to my points if I leave the program?

If you leave the program, your existing points are deleted.

Can the program be changed or terminated?

Yurtiçi Kargo reserves the right to change or terminate the program.
